REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Strandscape Hair Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every product you receive.
Returns — Unused Items We accept returns on items that are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn and uninstalled
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- The item must not have been washed, colored, cut, or chemically treated
How to Initiate a Return Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Carlajason37@yahoo.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item in its original, unused condition
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, or altered
- Opened lashes and cosmetics
- Final sale or discounted items
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Dropship & Third-Party Fulfilled Orders Some orders are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. Return eligibility and timelines remain the same regardless of fulfillment source.
